Request deletion of your Bharat Sethu data

What you can ask us to delete

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your Bharat Sethu submissions or interactions, including where applicable:

• your name, email address or phone/mobile number;
• listing, event, volunteer or contact-form submissions;
• uploaded flyers, logos or images that you submitted;
• other information you directly provided to Bharat Sethu.

How to request deletion

Email admin@bharatsethu.com with the subject Bharat Sethu Data Deletion Request. Please include enough information for us to identify the data or submission concerned, such as the listing/event name, city/community, and the email or phone number originally used.

For your protection, Bharat Sethu may ask for reasonable verification before deleting information linked to a submission or management record.

What happens after a request

The Bharat Sethu admin team will review the request and remove or anonymise the relevant personal information where appropriate. We may contact you if more details are needed to identify the correct record.

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations or audit integrity. Public community content that does not identify you may also be retained where appropriate.
